i'm trying to plot a frequency spectrum and i have the readings of noise in dB and seconds. as im a begineer i dont have any knowledge of MATLAB and it is important to plot. is there anyone who can help me to plot?
readings->
SPEED max level Seconds
speed 1 87 dB 12
speed 2 92.1dB 12
speed 3 98.5dB 12
speed 4 101.9db 12
