In an example application of "Simple Gear With Backlash" where we can find the block named "Speed Sensor"... please help me

I am not certain at all, but I think it is possibly the motion sensor of the driveline axis; see http://www.mathworks.com/help/physmod/sdl/drive/motionsensor.html

SIR,BUT HOW TO CONNECT THE DRIVELINE BLOCK TO A SIMSCAPE LINE?? IS IT POSSIBLE ?

I don't know. The example you are looking at is a SimDriveLine example, so one would try to use SimDriveLine components for it.
You could possibly use this interface element: http://www.mathworks.com/help/physmod/sdl/drive/rotationalcoupling.html
