Coding Boundary Conditions - Reaction/Diffusion system of PDE's

Hi guys,
I am studying reaction+diffusion problem in chemical engineering and I am struggling very much with coding boundary conditions in pdepe. I really dont get it from https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/math/solve-system-of-pdes.html how should I code boundary conditions...
The system of interest is defined with a following equation:
whereas my boundary conditions : are for and for . I am considering system in the slab geometry, therefore . is the source term. ε is the constant.
