Signal, spectrogram and long-term spectrum

Dear all,
after an unfruitful research, I wanted to ask if someone knows a function able to automate the plot of a signal, its spectrogram and long term spectrum in a nice way like I show in the scheme below:

I'm asking because I'm pretty sure I saw something similar somewhere...
