What is exactly the kmeans ++ algorithm? How do I write in code?

I have used regular som, where initialization is done by random initialization. I want to apply weighted kmeans for initialization. I have gone throghu so many paper but not understood how to implement it in code. Please suggest me regading this.

Read about the inbuilt function kmeans. Read the references given in there.
You may look in fileexchange to get different implement ideas. For example, have a look on this:
