How could I plot a 3D surface response for 3 independent variables and one dependent variable

I have 3 independent variables and a dependent variable
x1 = Dataset(:,1); %pH value
x2 = Dataset(:,2); %NaCl level
x3 = Dataset(:,3);%Temperature
y = Dataset(:,4);%Yield
And I was wondering if it was possible for me to plot them all on a 3d response surface plot. I have only seen examples of 3 variables so didnt know if it was possible

First, you need to convert your list of scattered points into a 3D grid using interpolation: https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/scatteredinterpolant.html
The you can use slice(): https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/slice.html or contourslice(): https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/contourslice.html to visualize 4D data.
