Multi window Gui problem

Hello community,
I've got GUI with two windows. For example, 'First window' and 'Second Window'. There are two variables in the 'First Window' - 'handles.signal' and 'handles.time', for example. I need to sent this two variables to the 'Second Window' and plot there a graph. How can I do this?
