I have table T1

and
Date City Visitors
------------------
January 3 2020 NY 400
January 4 2020 NY 300
I want to create
Date City Visitors
------------------
January 1 2020 NY 100
January 2 2020 NY 200
January 3 2020 NY 400
January 4 2020 NY 300
I want to do this using outerjoin (not by using vertcat).
