You do not provide quite enough detail, but I will make a guess at what you are trying to do.
If your cell arrays look like this:
% Here are some pretend data
C1 = {rand(3,1)};
C2 = {rand(3,1)};
Then you could divide those two columns like this:
C1{:}./C2{:}
There are also other approaches, and the best one may depend on what you want the output to look like.
