Vector form of the function

Hi!
Can you please help me to write this function in vector form without loop?
F - matrix n x m; U - matrix 1 x n; V - matrix 1 x m; f, x, y - functions,
Thanx!
for i = 1:n
for j = 1:m
F(i,j) = f(x(U(i), V(j)), y(U(i),V(j)));
end
end
