Then you are in luck. bvp4c is already available as part of MATLAB. What is the problem? Why do you say you need it? You already have it.

Are you using Octave perhaps, and Octave does not offer that code? If so, we cannot give you a copy. That would be illegal.
Do you want a modified version of the code that does what you want? That is, some more general version that has some option on it that you want, but does not already exist? Sorry. You can have any options you want, as long as they are already programmed into the existing code.
Are you asking to understand better what the existing bvp4c code does and how it is coded? You can view the code itself, but do NOT edit the code. Instead use type to view the code. And you can read the documentation on the code, as well as the references. They are listed in
