No. Software in an xPC is not fast enough to keep up the EThercat speed.

It is not possible on a PC running Simulink, but through our Simulink Real-Time solution, you can deploy a Simulink model to a Speedgoat real-time target and operate it as EtherCAT slave using an IO750 module. Please contact our partner Speedgoat for more information:
