Can a workstation use multiple licenses which include different toolboxes?

Specifically, we have a network license which includes the Database Toolbox but not the Text Analytics Toolbox, and I have a single user license which includes the Text Analytics Toolbox but not the Database Toolbox.

Is there a way I can use both licenses so I can use the Database and Text Analytics Toolboxes?
