Where is findepeaks function?

Hi, I read about findpeaks() function. I'm looking for this version: findpeaks(name,'threshold',nr). There is no function like this in may Matlab. I cannot find code or file. Where can I find it? Sorry for my English and thanks in advance for any help.

Otherwise, as Image Analyst pointed out, there are plenty of tools on FEX, e.g.
