I can't find anything in the documentation about them. Their size or what the mean would be helpful

AxleNumVec and TrackNumVec are defined through the mask of this block. In the documentation AxleNumVec is NumAxl and refers to the number of axles this block needs to model. TrackNumVec is NumTracksByAxl and is the number of tracks (wheels) per axle than need to be modeled. This will be a vector if you have more than one axle.
