%How do I do a t-test between 2 groups of 3D matrices outputting a single matrix of p values?
%Each location in the matrix needs to be compared with the same location in another matrix.
%I've attached an example below but can't get the correct output. Your help would be much appreciated.
% group 1
A = rand(3,3,3);
B = rand(3,3,3);
C = rand(3,3,3);
% group 2
D = rand(3,3,3);
E = rand(3,3,3);
F = rand(3,3,3);
% mean
g1mean = (A+B+C)/3;
g2mean = (D+E+F)/3;
% ttest between groups with output as one 3 x 3 matrix with p values

I suggest you try using the ttest function on Matlab. Refer the MathWorks documentation on how to use it.
