I would have a group of variety MATLAB functions/Commands and explain a full description of the functions, Syntax and
examples of the ways the functions are used.
Minimum number of functions/commands are Eight (8).

That sounds like a homework assignment.
Some of the MATLAB functions would take numerous pages to give a "full" description of. Sometimes it takes several pages just to explain one option in full.
Be careful with "overloading". For example you might find one function named "predict" and think that you fully explained it, but then they might say "Oh, you didn't explain predict() of a multiclass svm with N-fold systems".
