i am doing a Coursera project (Data Science Project: MATLAB for the Real World by MathWorks) in this I have a problem. In the image below I am stuck at steps 3 and 4.

and the taxi Region and zones is
My main idea was to compare these two tables but I am not getting how.

Yeah, like why is Step 4 not listed, only the hints for it are.
