Invalidating issue with Matlab coder app

Dear experts,
I'm using the Matlab coder app to port a relatively large function (~1500 lines) in C, and when exploring the "check for run-time issues" windows, every few seconds the app blocks for minutes making impossible to work.
On the matlab command window a long list of java errors appear.
Is there a way to fix this task, please?
