How can I write subplot function involving if statements

I am a beginner in learning matlab.
I am trying to draw plots of the data that fit two conditions. The code needs to check the number of rows and columns of the matrix and if the row number is more than 100 and column number is equal to 3 then the function will plot all elements of even numbered columns in different subplots.
I would be grateful if you can help with the code.
