Having issues creating a TreshVar in TVARX toolbox of Gabriel bruneau

I am having trouble using the TVARX toolbox by Gabriel Bruneau.After setting the appropriate inputs , I tried to create the TreshVar which is the threshold variable using a logical expression of treshVar = [true, false, false, false] which means I want to set my first column variable as the threshold variable. However, I kept getting an error " undefined variable getoption " . pls I would love suggestion and assistance from researchers who have used this toolbox on how to create the threshold variable using this toolbox.

For those who still face similar problem.You can just copy the getoptions from the utilities in the toolbox to the main directory and all will work perfectly.
