please help me to find a reference voltage to my converter

deal all, how can i find a good reference voltage to track MPP for a pv array ? the converter is boost . i can't find the voltage at maximum power point under all weather conditions. in pv array characteristics, i can display I-V and P-V under specified temperature OR irradiance. but i want to change the two parameters at the same time. can anyone help me?
