Multi-linear regression - How to set the input variables impact (+ or -) on Output in Regression learner app

I want to do a multi-linear regression modeling with the Regression learner app.
I have full data set with 1 output and 7 input variables in 2 years.
I set-up the training data-set for early 1.5 year and want to predict the output with 7 input variables for last 0.5 year.
I did analysis but I found that "A" variable affect the output negatively(opposite direction) but, it should be the forward direction. So I want to set whether the slope is negative or positive for specific input variable.
How can I do this in the Regression learner app.
Or Could you elaborate how to make it in the workspace?
