Graph is blank. Why?

My graphs is blank. When i change V value to 325, graphs work but i need work on 8000*sqrt(2)

We can't run this as we don't have dataeren.
If you call disp(size(im)), what does it say?

you can try to specify the interpolation method:
mmf = interp1(flux_data, mmf_data, flux ,'pchip')
% or
mmf = interp1(flux_data, mmf_data, flux ,'spline')
