how to move my Lego ev3 motor only 180 degrees ? is it possible by using Encoder function .

Right now we do not support rotation of ev3 motor to certain angle and also Encoder function will Measure motor rotation in degrees.
I have heard that this issue is known and the concerned parties may be investigating further. I have brought this issue to the concerned people and it might be considered in any future release.
