I have a signal collected at 200hz sampling frequency. I want to extract features using matlab from this, such as mean,std,var and few other statistical features from my filtered acceleration data, how i can do this. i want to use window size=2sec with 50% overlap. could someone suggest how to do this?

No one is supplying any data. So I'll just suggest the obvious - use mean(), std(), and var() functions that are built-in. There are sliding window versions : movmean(), movstd(), movvar().
