Changing frequency of input data

The data that I am loading in is at a frequency of 128Hz, I need to change this so that the data is at 100Hz or 50Hz, is there a simple way to do this?
The input data is loaded in as a time series at 128Hz, I want to keep it in this form but with a new frequency.

resample()
timeseries object also has resample() method. see
web(fullfile(docroot, 'matlab/ref/timeseries.resample.html'))
tsin = timeseries([1.1 2.9 3.7 4.0 3.0]',1:5);
tsout = resample(tsin,[1 1.5 3.5 4.5 4.9]);
tsindata = tsin.Data
