save to. mat after reshape to [50 x1x12]

I have file with 50 rows and 12 columns [50 x 12] , I converted this file to [50 x 1 x 12] using
result = reshape(data,[50,1,12])
where 12 it is like channels in an image,
How can I save this result into a .mat file to then load it into a filedatastore?
