convert circuit simulation data to transfer function

From circuit simulation,I get a series of data about frequency、magnitude and phase.Now,I want to convert the simulation data to a transfer function.Then,I can get the characteristic of this circuit.
So,I want to get some help here. Can anyone help me ? Thank you very much!

Thank you Azzi Abdelmalek! I get the simulation data by some software likes the Pspice or Powersim. I do not know whether this web can attach the simulation data. The data likes:
Frequency ; amp(Vo1) ; phase(Vo1)

It is possible to use tfest to estimate transfer function model using the time-domain or frequency-domain data. Check out more about how to use this function in the documentation:
