what should i add to my code so that Glcm is calculated in all the directions of the image..

i've a grayscale image.i want to calculate the glcm of the image..
like
glcm=graycomatrix(image);
this will give me an glcm of output matrix as 8x8... what should i do or in what way offset sholud be specified that glcm is caculated in all the directions of the image...
can anybody tell me plz...
also offset=[0 2 ; 2 0] what does it mean here 2 specifies what???
also offset1=[0 1; -1 1; -1 0; -1 -1];
can anybody tell me the meaning of it...
which offset should i prefer in order to calculate glcm in all the direction
