Can anyone give me a idea how to write a matlab code to simulate the LTE downlink packet scheduler such as Round robin, Maximum throughput?

I am using 10 MHz bandwidth, 2 GHz of carrier frequency, 50RBS, sub- carrier interval 50 KHz, modulation mode QPSK/16QAM/64QAM, link to system interface EESM, pathloss 128.1+37.6 logR, same power for each RBs, sub frame duration 1 ms, slow fading standard deviation 8dB, CQI reporting ideal, user distribution normal, UE speed 3km/h
