Run in Real Time: Inverse kinematics block

Hi, I'm trying to run an Inverse Kinematics algorithm to real time control, but when I try to start Desktop Real-Time, it fails and the reason of rebuild was "The code generation information file does not exist." (in Japanese, コード生成情報ファイルが存在しません。)
Does anyone know how to solve the error? Thank you.
