Help with a 3D graph

Say I have a 4x6x8 matrix. This matrix represents a 3D rectangle with temperature values. That is, at matrix value (1,1,1) I have a value of 70 degrees. This represents the temperature value at a corner of the rectangle. I would like to plot this 3D rectangle with showing the the temperature value on this plot.

A few places to look. There are numerous volume visualization tools available in the documentation (3-d visualization).
