Your question is very vague. Do you mean MATLAB function? And by compile, do you mean using MATLAB Compiler?

hello,

yes indeed i mean compiling a matlab function using the matlab compiler, compiling into a command line executer run with variables from the dos command line.

Check the 'Target' setting in DEPLOYTOOL. If you want the dos window , select 'Console Application' instaed of 'Windows Standalone Application'.
