Visual Studio C++ 2008 Compiler for Libsvm

Hello Everyone,
I have downloaded LIBSVM but when I was trying to run make.m file or the command MEX - Setup, it was giving me 'No supported compiler or SDK was found' error. So i downloaded Visual Studio C++ 2008 compiler. But again it is giving me the same error. (I am using MATLAB 2015a Version)
Please help

R2015A supported VC++ 2008 SP1 Professional -- but only Professional, no other VC++ 2008 editions.
The free compiler it supported was SDK 7.1. Unfortunately it is a pain to use that with Windows 10.
