How to fix the font error(unreadable problem)?

Hello,
I faced the problem that can not read the fonts on toolstrip & working space.
and other spaces(editor, command window, folders....) did not occur any problems.
I did change the 'fonts'(at Settings) but not solved this problem.
How can I fix it?

I'm done! I had solved this problem,
If your system font set 'SegoeUI', have to change.
You can find the method by searching on google 'how to change the system font'.
