getintopc's version of MATLAB is not an authorized version, and is likely cracked. Only Mathworks and some authorized regional distributors are authorized to sell or give away MATLAB (though some organizations such as universities can redistribute MATLAB internally)

The official R2024b archive does not have a password.
You are probably eligible for Academic pricing.
You can start with a Trial version of MATLAB.
