Simulink - automatic export to excel after simulation

How to export Timeseries like this http://i.imgur.com/rorSiT5.png automaticaly after simulation. I know how to export it manualy but how to do this without exporting or writing codes to matlab.
I think i need to use Callbacks and StopFcn combined with xlswrite .. for example in StopFcn will be this..
filename = 'testdata.xlsx';
A = [12.7, 5.02, -98, 63.9, 0, -.2, 56];
xlswrite(filename,A)
i know its right, but what will be the " A = " in my case. Thank you.
