missing headers and typedef in code generated by embedded coder from Simulink

I build my simulink model and got some cpp source codes and header but whenever I try to build them with Visual studio project in irder to get some dlls I get that some header can not be found, there are also some typedef like "int32_T" that son't exist, how to add them?
int16_T rtb_NCO_o1;
int16_T rtb_NCO_o2;
int32_T ditherVal;
uint32_T tmpReg;
uint32_T tmpReg_0;
int32_T n;
int32_T i;
boolean_T sinPos;
boolean_T cosPos;
and
#include "simstruc.h"
#include "fixedpoint.h"
#include "rt_logging.h"
