Workspace big data to load into simulink

I want to import workspace data of 12890 data points to process it in Simulink. The data in workspace is obtained from running a matlab script. So it is stored as variable in workspace. My issue is I am not able to import all the data points in simulink and run simulation. It gives logging error. Can anyone please discuss what could be the solution for this
