Which functions are not supportet by deploytool?

I am building a Windows Standalone Application from my MATLAB code. But I remembered that there are some MATLAB functions (e.g. eval), that could not be used in built .exe projects. Am I right? Which functions are not supportet by deploytool? Is there a list?

By the way, it is possible to compile the EVAL function.
