Guide not loading correctly

I am having a problem with a Guide created gui not opening properly. It seems to be loading multiple instances when opening causing it to crash. This problem does not seem to throw any errors to the workspace but it has been known to crash Matlab outright.

I have created an executable and this problem does not seem to occur if you use right click -> open.

I have included images of the problem occurring and the program running smoothly. http://imgur.com/ZLOYMyT,oli8nVR What should occur is the objects' Visible property should be set to off during the opening function but either is not or a second set of objects is opening.

Note that nothing in the code changed. Sometimes when it is run or opened it will crash in this way and other times it will not.

Any information on what might be causing this or help fixing it would be greatly appreciated.
