Im having some difficulty in understanding the syntax of codes I need for signal processing, also fairly new to matlab so any extra details or explanations will be greatly appreciated. If I want them to be above a threshold and also spaced at a certain distance without two lines of code? I am trying to build two matrices; one for peaks that cross the threshold and also for those that do not.

%contstruct matrices%

[PKS,LOCS]=findpeaks(wave,'MinPeakHeight',threshold;'MinPeakDistance';0.002)

[PKS_2,LOCS_2]=findpeaks(wave)

I am not sure to understand if your are looking for peaks or trying to find out crossing point between a signal and a threshold value ? (see example attached)
