Saving individual Bounding Boxes found in Motion-Based Multiple Object Tracking MATLAB example

According to this example found here ( Motion-based multiple object tracking) I am trying to save every and each bounding box found. Linked bounding boxes in the same file preferred but saving each individual one okay for now. I've added the following to the example code according to Image Segmentation Tutorial but it still does not work.
