how to convert 91 matrix to 33 matrix

I have a matrix A=[1;2;3;4;5;6;7;8;9] .i.e 9*1 ,now i want to convert 3*3 format like [ 1 4 7; 2 5 8;3 6 9] and i want to add values 1 column . how can i write the code??
