Hi team,
I want to create A2l file from .map or .elf file for controller MCU, which is read by xcpA2L() function in matlab using Vehicle Network Toolbox.
Is there any tool for generation of A2L file in MATLAB ? or any Open source tool for A2L file generation?

An A2L File can be generated using an ELF File or PDB File in Simulink. You can refer to the following documentation detailing the procedure to generate an A2L File:
