Error while installing MATLAB

I have tried to do every method to install the MATLAB by deactivating Antivirus changing the download directory and etc. But I am still unable to Install MATLAB onto my computer. I am getting the following error.
Connection Error
The application could not connect to MathWorks.

Are you trying to install onto your own PC with a direct connection to the Internet or on a PC which is part of a business / college / universtiy on their private network? If you are on a private network, the network settings can prevent your PC connecting to the Mathworks licence manger.
