I have an image of size (11✕17✕10✕100311).
How to I write the CNN input layer or convolutional layer for that??

image3dInputLayer([? ? ? ?])
convolution3dLayer([? ? ?],?,'Padding','same')
batchNormalizationLayer
reluLayer
dropoutLayer(0.2)
fullyConnectedLayer(1)
regressionLayer];

Gives error :
Error using trainNetwork (line 165)
Number of observations in X and Y disagree.
