Read / Output one pixel value from a 4D Matrix

Hi,
I have a 4D matrix (128x128x2x96) lets call it 'A' and I want to test the pixel stability throughout all 96 reps. I need to output a single pixel value throughout all 96
for example I want A(50,50,1) from all 96 reps. How do I do this? Thanks for the help in advance
