how to find time frequency curve in continuous wavelet transform

Gd morning all;
I want to find the low frequency oscillation component in the signal using continuous wavelet transform . i got a signal with hidden oscillation with sampling frequency 10 hz. when i use cwt it gives scales vs data point curve. scales related to frequency and data point related to time, but how to get frequency vs time curve. Also the procedure will change with the choice of wavelet used or not??? Regards Kiran
